When I was in primary school, I was a very silly kid who laughed at almost everything. Sometimes, I would just stare at an object and start imagining funny scenarios or strange events in my head. This would lead to me giggling for no clear reason. My teachers didn't like this they usually yelled at me because they thought I was mocking them or joking with my classmates. Even during serious moments, I couldn't help it, which often got me into trouble.
I remember one specific day very well. It was a cold, rainy day, and you could see snow falling on the mountains. We were sitting in class during a lecture, and the teacher asked a student to read a text out loud. I was trying to focus on the reading, but my imagination took over, and I started giggling. It wasn’t actually a funny text but my mind had turned it into something else like usual
The teacher looked at me, and told me to get out get out of the class and sit on the balcony. Our classroom was on the second floor, and it was freezing outside. The rain was so cold it felt like needles hitting my skin. I sat there at there was an old table with my head down on it
After a few minutes, the teacher opened the door and joined me on the balcony. He closed it quietly behind him and lit a cigarette. He stood there for a moment, taking slow deep smokes in the freezing air. I stayed silent, looking down at the table, but then he calmly asked, "What made you laugh?"
"Nothing specific," I replied. "aaaa awahh just thoughts"
He took another puff of his cigarette and asked, "Do you imagine things often?"
"Yes, I do," I admitted.
"What kind of things?"
"A lot of things... I don’t really know how to explain it," I said.
He remained silent until he finished his cigarette. Before he let me go back inside, he told me that I should invest my imagination into better things. He said it in an indirect way i still remember that moment but i wasnt fully capable of understanding what he meant . after that he let me go back to my seat. Even now, that memor.y is a bit foggy, but I still think about that moment and i dont know why i do remember it often when i think about that teacher i believe it meant something , kids and wide imagination pretty a normal thing but why not others laugh or just my imagination is abused or am i easy to make laugh it really sucked and kept happening again and again. Well it doesnt matter now it was just a childhood everyone has done that before but i was weirder
